These are organizations whose core activity is delivery of microfinance services to the final consumers/clients. They include;

• Banks
• Credit Institutions
• MDIs
• SACCOs
• Private Companies
• NGOs

These are organizations that support activities of microfinance institutions in one way or another. They do not offer microfinance services directly to the final consumers/MFI clients. They include

• whole salers of funds,
• other apex bodies,
• insurance companies,
• software companies,
• capacity building suppliers,
• government programs,
• donor projects, etc.
