Membership

AMFIU members seek to maintain, and commit themselves to uphold acceptable standards in microfinance performance. The secretariat is empowered to constantly update the members on the national and international sound practices for practitioners, donors, government, Apex institutions and other stakeholders in the areas of portfolio management, outreach, governance and management, consumer issues, products etc through research, documentation and information sharing.  AMFIU is thus at the centre of ensuring the existence, development and maintenance professional standards of performance within its membership and the whole industry.
